No Debate: Soy is Beneficial to Health

There is always so much controversy over Soya despite it many health benefits. I’m a big advocate of Soy due its accessible price, availability, nutritional benefits and versatile culinary uses. So I’m very happy to read Dr. Neal Barnard’s latest blog on the matter: “There’s no debate: Soy is beneficial to your health. Soy products have been shown beneficial for lung cancer prevention and survival, prostate cancer prevention, heart health and diabetes, bone health, inflammation, and hot flashes, among other conditions.”
